COSTS: The link to the UPS calculator will calculate your shipping cost for you, depending on the weight of your order and the zip code. Our origination zip code is 12345. Per UPS Policy, an $8 charge will be added to shipping on orders in oversized boxes or that boxes that weigh 70 lbs. or more. Please note that we offer 2nd day air and next day air for an additional shipping cost.
DAMAGES: In the event of an item damaged through shipping, please return it in its original container and the product will be replaced immediately.
BACK ORDERS: If one or more of your pet products is back ordered, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
RETURNS: Please ship returns in original box and condition within 30 days of receipt for a credit to your accound of refund of the purchase price.
WARRANTIES: We stand behind our pet products. In the case of a manufacturer defect, please return the item for a replacement.
PRICE MATCH: If you find an identical item for a lower price (regular OR SALE price) on another website, simply send an email with your order stating the URL of the site, the item, and the price of the item. Your card will be refunded the difference in cost.
