1. What is your return policy?

The Pet Supplies Store guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied in any way with your product, we accept returns in original packaging for up to 30 days of receipt. We request that the item be unused, in new condition. There is no restocking fee. Your account will be credited for the purchase price.

2. Do you have rush shipping?

In order you you to receive your products faster, The Pet Supplies Store has arranged a choice of UPS 2nd day air and UPS next day delivery, however there are additional charges for this service. Click on the UPS Calculator to determine what the charges will be for your area.

3. Which method should I pay with and what do you accept?

The Pet Supplies Store has arranged a variety of different payment methods for your convenience. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, or Personal Checks. If you wish to send a personal check for your order, it must clear the bank before The Pet Supplies Store can ship the product. Cashiers Checks and Money Orders must be received before orders can be shipped. We do not accept cash.

4. How do I pay with PayPal if I don't have an account with them?

Simply log onto www.paypal.com  Click on "Send Money"  Type our email address sales@qualitynetsolutions.com in the top box. Then type your email adress in the designated box. Next, type in the amount of money you desire to send. After that you will be asked to enter your personal information and desired method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) Once you hit the "agree and continue" button you will have created a paypal account. You may have to get a expanded use number to pay with the credit card you entered. If so click the apppropriate selections to enable your card. When you recieve your next statement you can enter the expanded use number and then the products you ordered from The Pet Supplies Store will be paid for.

6. Why can't I find any training shock collars on this site?

At The Pet Supplies Store, we believe there are more humane ways of training pets. We carry sprays and other training tools to help you and your pet be happy and healthy.

7. What can I do if there is a pet item I want, but you do not have?

Simply call customer service at 803-548-0490 or email us at admin@qualitynetsolutions.com. We will do our best to locate and provide any dog or cat products you want.
